1. Get in touch
Fill out our online form to get in touch with us. Once we have received your form we will get back to you within 48 hours with our preliminary offer*. This offer is valid for 30 days and your item must be posted to us within these 30 days.
Tips for getting the best offer:
- Take clear photos of your items from all angles
- Be honest with the quality and state of repair of your items, be clear if there is any worn areas or damage, we will still pay!
- Package your items securely when you send them to us
- State if you have the original packaging, labelling and/or box
- Shop around, we guarantee to beat our competitors offers
- Tell us when & where you bought your items

2. Free-post your items
Send your items to us using our free-post delivery service, we will send you everything you need! We have a number of options for sending your items including Hermes Tracked, Royal Mail Track & Trace & Fedex. We will provide you with a packing label for the courier of your choice. You can also use our drop-off service.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for any damage your items may incur during transit. Our couriers will insure your items up to a certain amount, however we do advise getting additional insurance if required. Our team can advise you on all these options.
Please do not post your items to us before filling out our contact form, any items received prior to filling out our customer form will be returned to the senders address.
3. Receive your valuation
Once we have your items you will receive notification of us that we have received your item and will be conducting a full valuation as well as verifying its authenticity.
When this is complete we will send you our formal offer to purchase your items. We will have multiple offers for you to choose from including direct purchase, store credit, part exchange, or consignment.
As long as your item is in the state of repair you stated in your original contact form, our valuation will be the same as our original offer. 92% of all our client purchases reflect our original offer*. You have 30 days to consider and decide on our offers before we send your items back to you.
4. Make the sale
You can then select the offer that is right for you.
- For direct purchase offers we will sending the money directly to the bank account of your choice. Payments usually take 24-48 hours to see in your account once the offer has been accepted but can take up to 30 days depending on who you bank with.
- For store credit and part exchange offers we will send you unique codes to redeem on our website.
- For consignment offers we will confirm when your item has been listed and when it has been sold. We will then confirm payment with you.
If you choose not to move ahead with your sale we can return the items to your original postage address. Alternatively you can collect your items from us directly.
